In celebration of Pride Month, Arkansas Buddhist Church and Club Sway warmly invite you to Queer Dharma: A Pop-Up Retreat. This is a welcoming, open-hearted gathering where we’ll explore timeless practices like mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom, with a focus on creating space for all identities. If you’re curious about new ways to deepen your understanding of love, kindness, and connection—whether or not you’ve ever explored Buddhism before—this retreat is for you.
Schedule of Activities
12 :00 PM Session 1: Practicing Mindfulness
Begin with a warm welcome and a Refuge Practice, followed by guided meditation. This session will help you ground yourself in the present moment and set an intention for the retreat.
